AMCHAM – YALE ARGENTINA JUDICIAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Established in 2012. Argentine judicial leaders and representatives from the nation's private sector came to Yale through a partnership between Yale, the American Chamber of Commerce of Argentina (AmCham), and the Academy of Judicial Interchange and Studies (AIEJ). The program aimed to improve transparency and the rule of law in the Argentine judiciary; to encourage public-private dialogue and partnerships; to generate educational material for federal and national courts in Argentina; and to train Argentine judges on business issues. These are areas considered critical to Argentina’s economic stability as well as future growth.
